Founders

Our History

Originally from Ghana in the western part of Africa, Kwesi and Henrietta share a total of almost 37 years of working with children and adults who have special needs. Henrietta herself lives with a long-term health condition that resulted in physical disability (limited mobility) and they have two children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. They saw a collective need to set up a Community Interest Company CIC (not-for-profit) that would provide great care and support to families in similar situations because it has not been an easy journey living with these challenges within their community.

We are a CIC supporting people with their mental health and provide 1:1 Trauma Therapy to those who have experienced Trauma and PTSD. We also work with families who have children and young people with special needs (Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health problems, and Physical Disabilities), enabling them to understand their childrenโ€™s conditions and seek appropriate support for their children and themselves.
